A rideable skate deck built from the skid block of Nico Rosberg’s Formula 1 car — the Mercedes he took the 2016 World Championship with, and the season he retired days after winning it.
This is genuinely race-used material. The skid block is the wear plank fixed to the underside of the floor: it is the one component designed to grind against the circuit as the car bottoms out, and the FIA measures its wear to police ride height. Every mark on it was made at racing speed.
Rosberg’s 2016 title is one of the sport’s most singular achievements — he beat Lewis Hamilton in equal machinery, then walked away five days later. There is no second production run of this material.
